This is a paint grade door. Select the size of your opening from the drop down menu. Door overlays wall opening by 3/8" - 1/2" on all sides. If you are replacing an older metal unit there might be more wall damage. I make a framed version that will cover 1 1/2" on all sides. Now offering soft close hinges as an option for quote. Custom sizes available for quote. Includes door, frame and hinges. This door is made from paint grade materials but is available in the other listed woods for an additional fee depending on the type of wood. Color of wood may vary as it is a product of nature and I may use other wood types for a paint grade door.
