This is a paint grade laundry chute door with an externally mounted frame. The external frame will cover approximately 1 1/2" on each side, top and bottom of the opening. It is available in several sizes as well as a custom size if you have a non standard size opening. Ask about soft close hinges as an option. Color and type wood may vary. No mdf or particle board.
